Learn to stress less
using various techniques of basic yoga and focused breathing, meditating to
music, journaling and self-massage. Learn to manage stress through time
management and relaxation techniques. Unwind with a steam facial, natural face
mask (we will make it), paraffin hand treatment, manicure and a mini-massage!
Make your own stress ball and potpourri bag.
NOTE: Please bring a
beach towel, pillow, washcloth, sack lunch and drink. Please wear comfortable
clothing
